Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Object

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the relationship between PUNKHAZARD and its customers for the sale of audio and artistic equipment, as well as for electronic engineering services.

2. Orders

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these TCS. Prices are indicated in euros including tax. PUNKHAZARD reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in force on the day of the order.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are given for information only. In case of delivery delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The risks of loss or damage to products are transferred to the customer at the time of delivery.

4. Payment

Payment is made according to the terms agreed at the time of order. For custom services, a deposit may be required.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for personalized or custom products.

6. Warranty

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. For service provision, the warranty covers design and execution defects.
